Ten things to do with the kids these school holidays

With only 4 days left of term 3, we’ve compiled our favourite activities to keep the kids busy and out of your hair this school holidays.


1.  Scitech – Forensic Field Days 

With different activities planned each day, get ready for a forensic frenzy. Catch a forensic sketch artist in action, meet a forensic scientist, create your own fake wounds, or maybe even try your hand at some CSI techniques and receive a limited-edition badge. 2.  XLR8 Kids Holiday Extravaganza – 26th & 29th of September, 4th of October

Fun, active, outdoor, exciting and challenging as well as mud and water are all part of the amazing XLR8 Kids obstacle course.

Kids of all athletic abilities from 6 - 14 years are encouraged to join in as there is no better way to connect with their own inner warrior and with their sporty friends and fellow friendly racers whilst they run, walk, crawl, climb and jump their way through a fun-filled obstacle course that helps them discover just how XLR8 strong they really are.

3.  Western Australian Museum – Dinosaur Discovery: Lost Creatures of the Cretaceous

5.  AQWA – Slime Time and Shark Sleepover (September 28th)

6.  Krispy Kreme Donut Decorating 

A fun and creative activity for just $5.95! You get 2 x Original Glazed doughnuts and a range of toppings to create your masterpiece, plus a Krispy Kreme paper hat and balloon to complete the experience. 7.  Ivy and Jack – Superhero Party – October 4th @ 12:30pm
